I absolutely loved the hotel's gorgeous tropical garden in the atrium. The glass ceiling allowed plenty of natural light to pour in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lush palm trees and soothing waterfall made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel. Everything was conveniently located, and I didn't have to worry about long walks or navigating steep stairways.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is improved communication from the staff. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were not fully informed about the hotel amenities or any issues that may have arisen.

The air conditioning wasn't working on the heating.

Lovely base for everyone in Upplands Vasby. The gardens were nice here. Breakfast in the restaurant was very convenient. It is near to the airport.

Arrived on a Sunday. Apart from the bar snacks there was only one set menu available. Nothing else. Service was rude and indifferent. Bar closed at 22.00 (!). a disgrace for a hotel in that area (there's nowhere else to go for food or drink).

The unique interior design with a lovely rainforest and pond full of fish create a tranquil atmosphere. The swimming pool and sauna are great for relaxation. The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. The lobby with the restaurant and bar is impressive, and the rooms are comfortable.

Evening restaurant meals a bit limited for choice but this is a common problem in Scandic hotels. If you stayed more than two nights you may need to eat out. Quite expensive but then Stockholm is an expensive place.
